Having a pool fence is definately a good start. My kids are 5 years old, and excellent swimmers, however all of their cousins and friends do not know how to swim and are afraid of water. If we didnt have a fence, it would be very easy for one of them to drown, it only takes seconds for them to disappear out of sight.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
